By creating a hue.so account you agree to these terms. hue.so provides tools to plan, generate, export, and, on paid plans, schedule social posts.
Your content
You own the brand information you enter and the posts you publish. You are responsible for reviewing generated copy before it goes live, including claims, offers, and anything you post about customers or patients.
Plans and limits
The Free plan includes a monthly cap on generated posts and manual export only. Scheduling and connected accounts require a paid plan. Prices and limits shown on the pricing page are the ones that apply at the time you subscribe.
Acceptable use
Do not use hue.so to generate or schedule unlawful, deceptive, or infringing content, or to access another person’s account.
Getting help
Billing and cancellation are managed through the billing portal. Hue does not yet offer password recovery, account deletion, or an in-product contact channel. Help explains what you can do in the product today.
Service availability
Generated drafts are a starting point, not a guarantee of reach, bookings, or compliance with a social network’s rules. Paid subscriptions can be canceled according to the billing portal Stripe provides.
